For 2015 the Versys 650 gained a larger, longer body with more power and torque than the earlier 650s, plus ABS. The chassis still used the 41 mm inverted front fork and offset single rear shock, now with longer 150 mm and 145 mm wheel travel. It was positioned as a capable all-round tourer with more ground clearance and a bigger tank.
